Simpletestcoverage admin report

Simpletestcoverage was a replacement for the Moodle Unit Testing admin report.

It supported printing out code coverage reports within Moodle using the Spike PHPCoverage library. This code became obsolete Fall 2009 when Eloy Lafuente added code coverage to Moodle.
